For something a little different, why not book yourself in for a gliding lesson at The Soaring Centre, at Husbands Bosworth or a driving experience at nearby Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground  Mallory Park and Silverstone race circuits are also both within driving distance.

The area is good for both cycling and walking and we can recommend several short circuits, including pub stops, for you to try.
